Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long for mold development? How is the cost calculated?

A: 20–30 days lead time. Cost depends on part complexity, cavity count, material, etc. Detailed quote within 1–2 business days after receiving 3D drawings.

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: 3,000 pcs for existing molds. For new molds, we support pilot runs of 200–500 pcs for market testing.

Q: What plastic materials do you work with?

A: We support over 50 commonly used engineering plastics, including PP, ABS, PC, PA (nylon), POM, PMMA, TPE, TPU, and PBT. Custom material solutions are also available based on specific customer requirements.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We have established three lines of quality defense: IQC, IPQC, and OQC. Critical dimensions undergo special inspection, and outgoing shipments are sampled according to AQL 1.0 standards. Dimensional inspection reports and material certificates are available for all products.
